Upload and Automated Processing Notice

Upload only material relevant to your own report and which you are entitled to provide. Remove unnecessary identification, bank information, signatures and third-party personal information where possible.

Files may be parsed by automated systems, including an AI service, to identify lease facts. File contents are treated as untrusted data, not instructions. You must check extracted facts before a report is released.

Uploads are held in private object storage and are not served from public URLs. Customer workspace access expires after 180 days, but reports, submitted evidence and associated records are retained privately for at least six years after payment or report completion, whichever is later, to handle complaints and legal claims. Retention is reviewed after that minimum; relevant records are kept longer where justified, including during a complaint or claim. See the Privacy Notice for details.

No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not upload executable files, passwords, privileged correspondence or material unrelated to the calculation.
